About the Role
CRUX is hiring an energetic Inside Sales Executive / Student Career Counselor for an immediate opening at its West Tambaram office. This role offers a path into the Ed-Tech and career advising domain for individuals who excel at interpersonal communication, active listening, and helping people make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel engineering and non-tech graduates on career transition paths.
- Handle inquiries, qualify prospective students, and assist with program registrations.
- Work closely with candidates to address hesitations and explain placement benefits.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Any Degree
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Available for full-time on-site work in West Tambaram, Chennai.
- Available for immediate joining.
Qualifications
- Education: ANY Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken communication in English and Tamil.
- Attributes: High energy, strong interpersonal empathy, persuasive communication, and a target-driven mindset.
