About the Role
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring for Security Officer/Guard positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Patrol a variety of locations, actively monitoring the premises.
- Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- FLUENT in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
Qualifications
- Security Experience Preferred (No experience necessary; retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a great fit).
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
Positions are Full and Part Time.
Wage: $18.00/hour.
