Key Responsibilities

• Support outreach and enrollment for workforce development programs
• Qualify and nurture leads from schools, community partners, and events
• Conduct discovery calls and communicate program benefits to prospective students and families
• Utilize CRM tools to track pipelines, schedule info sessions, and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with program and corporate teams to achieve enrollment goals
• Refine outreach messaging to enhance engagement
• Represent the organization in the community, upholding an equity-driven, inclusive, and mission-first culture
