About the Role
Unnati Group is looking for a Site Supervisor to work closely with the site execution team and manage day-to-day activities at ongoing projects across Central Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil/interior site execution and labour activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, scope, quality and timelines.
- Monitor material requirements and site progress.
- Take daily site updates, measurements and photographs.
- Coordinate directly with Director for planning, execution and reporting.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in civil/interior site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction practices, measurements and materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between ongoing sites in Central Mumbai.
- Freshers with relevant site knowledge may also be considered.
Details
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Location: Central Mumbai
- Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible
