Accounts & MIS Intern
3-month internship, Full-time offer for strong performers
About the Role
A 3-month internship in the accounts team, focusing on expense records, verification, and MIS for field operations. Strong performers may be offered a full-time Accounts / MIS Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify field expense bills and maintain accurate records in Excel.
- Check each bill's date, vendor, site, item, quantity, and amount.
- Flag discrepancies such as wrong totals, unusual prices, or duplicate bills.
- Support reconciliations, expense reports, and MIS.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently in the final year or recently graduated with a B. Com, BBA, or M. Com.
- Comfortable using Excel functions such as filters, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
- Detail-oriented; accuracy is prioritized over speed.
- Curious; willing to inquire about discrepancies in numbers.
