Senior Business Development Associate

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners.
• Explain program offerings and guide learners through the enrollment process.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing learners.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about Hike Education’s programs.
• Follow up via calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Meet defined sales and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Update CRM systems accurately.
• Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Effective presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
• Lead generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and follow-up management.
• Market research skills, including analyzing trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs.
• Relevant skills such as relationship-building, negotiation, and basic sales techniques are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or EdTech is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered.
