About the Role
E-katta is an emerging software company focused on building both product-based and service-based solutions. The User Experience Intern role is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support UX design activities.
- Assist with user research.
- Create wireframes and mockups.
- Help design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Document user requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers.
- Contribute to usability testing and feedback analysis.
- Refine user flows and interaction patterns to improve overall product usability and satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge of user experience principles, including user-centered design and usability concepts.
- Ability to create basic wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Interest in conducting or supporting user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, or usability tests.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document findings and translate them into clear design recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback, and motivation to grow within a fast-paced software product and services company.
