About the Role
The Operations Intern will support day-to-day logistics and operational activities to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves monitoring shipment status, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and helping resolve issues such as delays, returns, and exceptions. The intern will assist in analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Regular responsibilities include updating dashboards, documenting workflows, and participating in projects that enhance service quality and customer experience. The role offers exposure to fast-paced logistics operations and an opportunity to learn how technology and data drive decision-making in a growth-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment status.

Qualifications

- Foundational operations management and project management skills to assist in executing and improving daily workflows.
- Additional beneficial qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with dashboards or CRM tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
