The Interior Designer will work full time in a hybrid capacity, primarily based in New Delhi with some flexibility to work from home as project needs allow.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing design concepts.
- Preparing space plans.
- Producing interior layouts that align with client requirements and project budgets.
- Creating and coordinating construction drawings.
- Selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
- Preparing presentations and mood boards.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Attending site visits for measurements and inspections.
- Supporting project coordination from design development through installation.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Ensuring quality standards.
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
- Knowledge of Architecture and building systems.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and scheduling.
- Relevant design software skills, including:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- 3D visualization tools
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
