About the Role

• Seeking an experienced ERP Support Consultant to join our team in Maharashtra.
• Responsibilities include providing support and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for the SAP B1 ERP system, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the ERP system.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Document support processes and maintain records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to provide the best solutions to clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong experience in ERP support, particularly with SAP B1.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
