About the Role
The Real Estate Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The associate will support clients in identifying, evaluating, and finalizing residential and commercial property options.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits.
- Explain project details.
- Coordinate with developers and property owners.
- Manage inquiries.
- Maintain listings.
- Prepare and review basic lease and transaction documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Conduct market research.
- Track local property trends.
- Contribute to marketing activities such as property promotions and client outreach.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants.
