Demo consultant trainee

About the Role

The Demo Consultant Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and conduct product demos for prospective learners, partners, and clients, clearly explaining Crio.Do’s offerings and learning methodology.
• Understand user needs.
• Prepare demo materials.
• Customize presentations.
• Respond to queries in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to refine demo flows.
• Gather feedback from sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the demo experience.
• Conduct follow-up communication with interested prospects.
• Document interactions.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., presentation software, CRM or tracking tools, online meeting platforms).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written communication.
• Ability to understand and explain technology learning concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-facing skills such as active listening, rapport building, and handling questions or objections with empathy and clarity.
• Basic familiarity with software development or technology education environments is an advantage.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple demo sessions, follow-ups, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or experience in technology, business, or education is preferred.
