About the Role
Regal Network Solutions is a Telugu-first influencer marketing agency based in Vizag. We connect brands with the right creators across comedy, lifestyle, beauty, food and vlogs, and we run the whole campaign from brief to final report. We’ve delivered 7B+ views with a network of 1,000+ creators, for brands like Mamaearth, Nykaa, Zomato, Purplle and Snapdeal.
What you'll do
- Creator coordination: Reach out to Telugu and South Indian creators, share campaign briefs, and follow up on content drafts, approvals and posting dates.
- Profile research: Find and shortlist creators who fit each brand, and record their followers, engagement rate, audience and past brand work.
- Brand pitching: Help prepare pitch decks and creator proposals, and support outreach to new brands.
- Campaign tracking: Keep campaign sheets up to date, check that content goes live on time, and collect views, engagement and screenshots for reports.
- Database building: Grow and organise our creator database by niche, language, city and budget.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- WFH Role
- Fluent in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Active on Instagram and YouTube.
- Knowledge of the Telugu creator scene.
- Confident talking to people over calls, DMs and email, and good at following up.
- Organised, with basic Google Sheets or Excel skills.

- Stipend: ₹10k-20k per month
