Role

Full-time remote role for a Credit Risk Analyst Intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of individuals or entities.
• Analyze financial and non-financial information.
• Evaluate risk exposure across different portfolios.
• Develop and maintain credit risk models.
• Review and interpret risk reports.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies aligned with company policies.
• Prepare clear documentation and presentations of credit assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk frameworks.
• Support the design of interview scenarios and content related to credit risk for the platform.
• Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and portfolio performance to inform credit decisions and enhance internal risk practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Proficiency in Risk Analysis.
• Expertise in Credit Risk Management and Portfolio Management.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and financial instruments relevant to credit assessment.
• Strong quantitative abilities, attention to detail, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
• Experience with risk modeling tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis software; familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to credit risk is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
