About the Role
Anweshana AI Pathshala Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit initiative dedicated to transforming school mathematics education through AI-assisted pedagogical tools, with a dedicated focus on government schools. Aligned strictly with NCERT math pedagogy and competency frameworks, the foundation develops localized, distractor-based multiple-choice diagnostic content in Odia, Hindi, and English to identify and address core learning gaps. In collaboration with the Government of Odisha and with guidance from ICTS-TIFR, the foundation conducts Odia-medium Math Circle classes and establishes online training desks to empower students and educators with deep, conceptual problem-solving. The foundation is looking for an EdTech Workflow & Learning Communications Specialist (Intern / Associate) to design interactive learning journeys for students, teachers, and parents, to be delivered via glific-whatsapp and Discord platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design two-way conversational flows on Glific (WhatsApp) and Discord to diagnose learning gaps and deliver interventions.
- Structure Excel-based workflows and connect data pipelines with analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate directly with developers to architect responsive communication tools.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on familiarity with Glific, Discord, or chat workflow builders.
- Strong Excel / data structuring skills.
- Foundational understanding of backend logic, APIs, or chatbot development.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; working knowledge of Odia is a major plus.
