About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Internal Communications team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the nuances of employee communication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and creating campaigns for employee engagement activities and interventions.
- Prepare and maintain review decks, dashboards, and reports.
- Administer surveys, analyse responses, and derive actionable insights.
- Use tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for content creation, design, and campaign development.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects & campaigns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
- Basic understanding of project management (timeline tracking, coordination, follow‑ups).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to see projects through to completion.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Creativity with a flair for out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline).
- Prior exposure to designing and writing will be an added advantage.
