About the Role

Legal Intern at K.S. Elite Attorneys, a distinguished law firm headquartered in Kalkaji, Delhi, known for handling high-stakes litigation matters. This is an on-site internship role based in Delhi, offering hands-on exposure to litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with day-to-day tasks.
• Conduct legal research.
• Perform case law analysis.
• Prepare drafts and summaries for ongoing matters.
• Assist with legal document preparation.
• Organize case files.
• Help compile briefs and supporting materials for hearings in various courts and tribunals.
• Observe client meetings and court proceedings where appropriate.
• Contribute to internal case discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Solid foundational knowledge of law.
• Demonstrable interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Ability to assist with legal consulting tasks, including analyzing legal issues and supporting the development of case strategies.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting petitions, notices, affidavits, and case summaries.
• Strong communication skills for clear written work, professional interactions with the team, and accurate reporting of research findings.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized law program.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
