About the Role

Spend your first year learning marketing, sales, and recruiting side by side with company leadership, then choose the path you want to grow in. You'll own real work from week one and see the impact of what you do.

Who We Are?

Since 2010, iTechtions has helped clients with integration, analytics, and cloud migration, and has built high-performing teams for them through onsite, remote, nearshore, and offshore delivery. We're longstanding partners of TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi.

What You'll Own?

  • Marketing
  • Own iTechtions' LinkedIn content calendar: plan, write, and publish posts that grow our brand presence.
  • Create email campaigns and marketing collateral for our staffing and software sales efforts.
  • Run market research and competitive analysis on our target industries.
  • Business Development / Outbound Sales
  • Run your own outbound prospecting sequences using cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities with the sales team.
  • Track campaign results and suggest what to change based on what's working.
  • Recruiting
  • Source candidates and manage them from first contact to interview as we grow our team.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidate communication moving quickly.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.

Your First 90 Days

  • Days 1–30: Complete onboarding, shadow all three functions, and learn our services, clients, and tools.
  • Days 31–60: Run your own LinkedIn content calendar and launch your first outreach sequence.
  • Days 61–90: Own a piece of our candidate pipeline and present your results and ideas to leadership.

Where You Can Grow?

After 6–12 months, you'll map your next step based on what you enjoy and where you've shown the most strength. Paths include Marketing Specialist, Sales Executive, or Recruiter.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Comfort switching between different types of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to learn.
  • Comfort with LinkedIn, social media, and reaching out to people you don't know.

Note: Don't check every box? Apply anyway. We care more about drive and potential than a perfect match.

What We Offer?

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship across all three functions.
  • Real ownership and direct access to company leadership from day one.
  • A clear growth path with a 6–12 month career review.
  • Hybrid setup in Austin, TX (remote within the US also considered).
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
