About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst Intern to work closely with our Marketing and Revenue Operations teams. The role involves tracking marketing leads through the funnel — from Lead to Meeting, Proposal, and Revenue — to identify conversion trends, data discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, is proficient in Excel, and can translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track marketing leads across the funnel: Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Revenue.
- Calculate and monitor conversion rates at each stage.
- Identify lead drop-offs, conversion trends, and performance changes across weeks, months, and quarters.
- Analyze lead sources, segments, and campaigns to understand their contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports and basic dashboards.
- Clean and audit CRM data for duplicates, missing fields, incorrect stages, and unassigned leads.
- Ensure lead lifecycle stages and dates are recorded accurately.
- Investigate unusual changes in conversion rates and highlight potential causes.
- Share insights and recommend practical improvements to Marketing and RevOps teams.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Commerce, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic charts.
- Comfortable working with numbers, percentages, conversion rates, and month-on-month comparisons.
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and lead conversion.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn CRM and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge, including SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, and simple JOINs.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo.
- Understanding of marketing analytics concepts such as MQL, SQL, pipeline, win rate, and attribution.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, academic projects, or data analysis internships.
Tools / Platforms

- CRM & Marketing Automation: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo.
