Inbound Sales Representative Associate - Voice

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, providing optimal resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Contribute to transforming customer support into a value-generating service and strategic market differentiator.

• Platform and software contact centers use to provide customer support.
• Technology quality and capabilities significantly impact customer and agent experience, as well as contact center performance.
