Business Development Intern Cafes and HoReCa

About the Role

Blendonomics is seeking a Business Development Intern to join its growing team in Pune. This role focuses on expanding Blendonomics' presence in the cafes and HoReCa sector by building relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit cafes across Pune, both those who have requested product trials and new potential clients.
• Conduct product tastings and clearly explain the benefits of Blendonomics' offerings.
• Gather feedback from cafe owners and baristas regarding their menus, challenges, and needs.
• Log all visits and submit weekly field reports to the head office team.
• Ensure repeat orders by supporting cafes in integrating products into their menus.
• Collaborate with the head office team and Pune-based distribution partners.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience working in or with cafes, restaurants, hotels, catering, food delivery, or food brands.
• Experience in any role, including floor staff, barista, kitchen, outlet operations, restaurant onboarding, food sales, food content, internships, or part-time work.
• Proficient spoken and written English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Own a two-wheeler with a valid license and be comfortable traveling regularly.
• Reside in Pune.
• Available full-time; not suitable for students in regular day college.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in or around cafes, restaurants, or food brands.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Willingness to be on the road frequently.
• Full-time availability.
