About the Role
- Position: Fresher - Customer Care Executive
- Domain: Travel
- Shift: US Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries.
- Provide professional and effective customer support through calls.
- Interact confidently with customers and understand their requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts and adapt to business requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Maintain a positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
