About the Role

The Social Media Manager Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms for Gaongram’s products and brand initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor social media engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages.
• Optimize content to grow audiences and improve reach.
• Assist in developing content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Conduct basic research on trends and competitors.
• Prepare performance reports using analytics tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Content Strategy and Writing skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving social media trends.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
