About the Role

The Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support efforts to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Participate in client outreach activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings.
• Maintain basic sales documentation.
• Contribute to follow-up communications with leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities.
• Basic understanding of Fundraising or revenue-generation concepts, with an interest in business growth activities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field) or equivalent education.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital or web services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office and online communication tools.
