Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable server-side applications, REST APIs, database-driven systems, deployment pipelines, and production-ready web applications. The candidate should have a strong problem-solving mindset, critical-thinking ability, and an interest in using AI tools effectively, including writing clear and effective prompts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Develop and integrate secure and efficient REST APIs.
• Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js for full-stack application development.
• Handle server-side deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Work with VPS servers, Nginx, PM2, and production environments.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and automated deployment workflows.
• Use Docker and have basic working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Implement and support automated testing tools and testing processes.
• Work with Supabase at a basic level for database/backend-related requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical, structured solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Node.js

• Knowledge of Docker

• Knowledge of automated testing tools and testing practices
• Server-side deployment and management knowledge
• Experience with VPS, Nginx, and PM2

AI & Prompting Skills

• Basic understanding of AI tools and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and effective prompts for AI tools.
• Should know how to use AI responsibly for development, debugging, research, documentation, and productivity.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates with one of the following qualifications:

• B.Tech
• BCA
• MCA
