About the Role
Intern – Founder's Office (Growth & Operations) at Kents Coffee.
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (On-site, 6 Days/Week)
Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Duration: 6-Month Internship with potential for PPO based on performance.
Kents Coffee is India’s first low-acidic specialty coffee brand experiencing 100-200% month-over-month growth and expanding across D2C, quick-commerce, and offline retail. This role involves working directly with the founders, taking on multiple responsibilities, and running critical business functions from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media:
- Full ownership of the Instagram account.
- Content ideation, editing, influencer collaborations, and strategy development.
- Building a large and engaged community.
- E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce:
- Managing storefronts and scaling ad accounts across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Meta.
- Organizing product photoshoots, updating catalogs, and driving sales.
- Operations & Supply Chain:
- Managing inventory.
- Coordinating between the warehouse and retail partners.
- Resolving operational challenges during order volume spikes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 years required. Emphasis on curiosity and enthusiasm for working in an early-stage startup.
- Education: Degrees (B.Tech, BBA, BA, dropout) are not a determining factor. Ability to execute, learn fast, and complete tasks is valued.
