Role Overview
We are actively seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist in shaping operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering results. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of specialized reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Enhance employer branding strategies across various talent networks.
- Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage daily scheduling, coordinate meetings, and facilitate cross-team communications.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software such as Asana, Jira, and Monday.
- Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
