Recruitment Intern

Location: Noida Sector 16 (Work from Office)
Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹12k–15k/month
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles via portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews/demo sessions and share feedback with the hiring team.
- Assign selected candidates to training batches and maintain records.
- Support HR in recruitment activities and process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing/completed degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Interest in technical recruitment & IT hiring trends.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (ATS knowledge is a plus).
