Founders Office Internship

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally driven, proactive, and execution-oriented Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in Starplify's growth journey. This is not a conventional internship. It is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in startup building, business strategy, partnerships, operations, execution, and scaling while working closely with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to plan and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Assist in developing business roadmaps, expansion plans, and growth strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support business development by connecting with recruiters, brands, production houses, casting agencies, talent seekers, and strategic partners.
• Assist in onboarding recruiters, partners, and other stakeholders onto the platform.
• Coordinate partnership discussions and contribute to business collaboration initiatives.
• Support founder-led projects by ensuring timely execution and effective coordination across teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, pitch decks, and business documents for strategic meetings.
• Assist with investor communications, activities, and follow-up tasks.
• Support hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure the timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Help streamline internal processes and contribute to operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and execute high-priority initiatives.
• Participate in networking events, meetings, and strategic discussions to support business growth.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
