Medical Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, in line with company policies and ethical standards.
• Visit assigned territories.
• Conduct product presentations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure regular follow-ups to support prescription generation and product adoption.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and sales activities.
• Participate in medical camps, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Medical Sales, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy.
• Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.
