Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate, your responsibilities may include:

• Boutique Associate:
• Support the Service Counter team for efficient and elevated experiences.
• Support the Atelier team for Everyday Luxury experiences.
• Curate merchandise assortments and support a seamless retail environment.
• Style Advisor:
• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise.
• Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments.
• Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty.
• Service Advisor:
• Welcome clients.
• Match clients with products and direct them to the correct Service Counter.
• Prepare products for processing.
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions.
• Package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.
• Support operations at the Service Counter.
• Inventory Associate:
• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Strategically place product in the backroom.
• Uphold product display standards.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support seamless operations of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.
• Merchandiser:
• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor.
• Translate the product story in boutiques.
• Validate product display standards.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support seamless operations of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

Compensation

• The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour.
