About the Role

The ERP Sales & BDE Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting business development and sales initiatives for ERP Classroom’s training programs. Interns will engage with prospective learners, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about courses and offerings. This role offers practical exposure to ERP-related sales, customer interaction, and business development activities in a learning-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching potential markets.
• Assisting in lead generation.
• Maintaining contact lists.
• Following up with interested candidates.
• Preparing basic sales materials.
• Supporting planning and coordination of outreach campaigns.
• Collaborating with the team to improve processes based on data and feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with remote work tools.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Eagerness to learn about ERP and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a basic understanding of Finance to interpret data and support business decisions.
• Solid Planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and outreach activities effectively.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to interact with prospective learners and internal team members.
• Customer-focused mindset and Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage time responsibly, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive environment.
