About the Role
- Receptionist position at Zigsaw, located at Iskcon Cross Rd, Sanidhya, Ahmedabad.
- Salary: Up to 20K.
- Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM.
- Work schedule: 6 days a week.
- Open to freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors.
- Handling incoming calls and messages.
- Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and meeting rooms.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Managing visitor access and ensuring security.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
