About the Role
This is a Hybrid role, not a traditional Business Analyst position, focused on linking business needs and objectives for assigned functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.
- Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of new systems.
- Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
- Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation.
- Perform monthly Financial Analysis, including audit reviews, payments, and ad-hoc projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Responsibilities Include Elements of
- Data Analysis (Claims, Encounters, Member Eligibility, etc.)
- Vendor Contract Analysis
- Business Process Analysis/Development
- Monthly Financial Analysis (including audit reviews, payments)
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge and experience in Data Analytics, Reporting Analytics and Development, and Audit Reviews.
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Claims, Encounters, Authorizations, and Prior Authorizations is a plus.
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Xcelys, Amysis, UMV, SAS, SQL, or SnoFlake Environment is a plus.
- Basic experience of project management is a plus but not necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Pay Range
$27.02 - $48.55 per hour
