About the Role

We are seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our Professional Design Services team. This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership role in the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping. You will also mentor junior-level MEP engineering professionals and support proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Mentor junior-level MEP engineering professionals, guiding career development and providing technical support.
• Support proposal efforts, ensuring design projects are clearly defined and accurately scoped.
• Manage and efficiently move through design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation.
• Lead projects and interact with clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of related MEP design engineering experience.
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Experience mentoring and training junior-level employees.
• Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to multi-tasking.
• Self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
• Ability and desire to continue learning and growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred, with plans to obtain PE license in the near future.
