Program Overview

UPS Digital is transforming into a technology-driven business unit focused on creating innovative digital solutions. The 2027 Summer Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in key departments, collaboration across teams, and insights into a tech-focused corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and day-to-day activities within your assigned department.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to help drive team objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives.
• Shadow other departments to gain a broader perspective of the company's operations and strategic goals.
• Attend company-wide events, presentations, and cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business.
• Demonstrated interest in business analytics, sales strategy, business development, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, Lean Six Sigma principles, or AI-enabled workflow solutions is a plus.
