About the Role

The Internship Trainee role at HeartWords Publishing House is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the publishing process, offering mentorship and structured guidance.

Qualifications

• Interest in publishing, books, and written communication.
• Willingness to learn editorial and production processes.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Attention to detail and clarity in communication.
• Basic familiarity with word processing and office software (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs).
• Comfort working with digital documents.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage time, follow instructions, and handle multiple small tasks responsibly.
