Product Design Intern

About the Role

Help build products Gen Z loves using. Looking for someone who understands people, their behavior, digital culture, and what grabs their attention. Not looking for a typical designer who just makes beautiful screens, but someone who spends time exploring apps, is obsessed with social media, understands trends, and constantly thinks about how digital experiences can be better.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience working on SortOut, a Gen Z-focused product.
• Opportunity to work on real product features and user experiences.
• Freedom to experiment, pitch ideas, and contribute to product decisions.
• Build a strong portfolio with real-world product design experience.
• Work closely with the core team and learn how products are built.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Someone who understands user behavior and can think from a user’s perspective.
• A social media enthusiast who understands trends, attention spans, and digital culture.
• Someone who is curious about how people interact with apps and digital products.
• Has an interest in UI/UX and product design.
• Actively uses AI tools for research, brainstorming, creativity, prototyping, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools, ideas, and design approaches.
• Basic knowledge of Figma is preferred.
• Genuinely excited about building something.

Qualifications

• If you constantly explore new apps, notice small details in user experiences, follow digital trends, experiment with AI tools, and love understanding why people use certain products, this might be for you.
• Curiosity, creativity, user understanding, and the willingness to build are valued.

Work Mode: On-site preferred | Hybrid possible

Location: Manjeri, Kerala

Position: Internship | Stipend provided
