About the Role
West Capital Lending is looking for a highly motivated Associate Recruiter to join their rapidly growing team. The mission is to recruit and retain hyper-successful loan officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify and recruit experienced, high-performing loan officers who are already excelling in the broker world.
- Onboarding & Integration: Guide new recruits through a seamless onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brokers and industry professionals.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote West Capital Lending's values, culture, and benefits to prospective loan officers and brokers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment efforts, monitor the success of new hires, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Proven experience as a recruiter.
Qualifications
- Mortgage brokerage world: Strong understanding of key players, processes, and terminology.
- Relationship Building: Ability to connect with and attract top-tier loan officers.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills with the ability to persuade and engage high-level professionals.
- Work Ethic: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting top mortgage professionals is a plus.
- A network of industry contacts is a plus.
