About the Role
ForwardOps is hiring an AI Engineer to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Claude / Gemini and similar), prompt design, and API integrations.
- Build AI agents, chatbots, voice-AI, and workflow automation systems.
- Integrate AI features into web applications using Python, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Work on RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and data pipelines where required.
- Debug, test, and improve model outputs, latency, and reliability in production.
- Work directly on live client projects from requirement to delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and backend integration.
- Basic understanding of ML concepts, embeddings, and vector DBs.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution.
- Good communication and willingness to learn fast.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain / similar.
- Experience with n8n / automation tools, FastAPI, Docker, or cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
