About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern at VictaMan Services Private Limited. The internship duration is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with full-life cycle recruiting.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Supporting the hiring process.
- Participating in employer branding activities.
- Contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Age: Above 18
- Qualification: Minimum Pursuing Graduation
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting.
- Skills in interviewing and hiring processes.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree OR pursuing Graduation.
