About the Role
The AI Engineer Intern will support the design, development, and testing of AI and machine learning solutions as part of a collaborative engineering team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data preprocessing.
- Assist with model training and evaluation.
- Implement pattern recognition and neural network architectures.
- Contribute to NLP features and prototypes.
- Integrate AI models into software applications.
- Perform debugging and performance tuning.
- Document code, experiments, and results.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
- Understanding of core AI concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with hands-on experience through coursework or projects.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
