Expertrons is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA holders looking to kickstart their careers in human resources and talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with our company's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the development of employer branding strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements & Tech Stack
