Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging and relevant social media content.
- Develop a strategic social media plan to establish a strong brand identity.
- Work on improving organic reach, audience engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage incoming enquiries, messages, and conversations across social media platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report social media performance using relevant metrics.
- Explore creative ideas and trends to strengthen the company's digital presence.
