About the Role
NFI is hiring a Truck Driver CDL A for a dedicated regional fleet. This position offers live unloading and strapping only, with no tarping required. Drivers will operate modern equipment and haul steady freight.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Physically capable of performing all job duties, including moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
- Report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after the route.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
- Perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay of $2,100–$2,300
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Route & Equipment
- Regional routes with home time of up to 1-2 nights a week.
- Flatbed no-touch freight with strapping securement only.
- Late-model fleet with advanced technology and safety features.
- Shops maintain an estimated 60% of trucks and trailers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Current Class A CDL from your state of residence.
- Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Hazmat required (NFI will assist in obtaining).
- Flatbed experience preferred (training provided).
- Acceptable references from past employers.
- Must meet all applicable DOT qualifications.
