About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Outreach Executive to join our team, focusing on lead generation, link-building partnerships, and editorial collaborations. This role is ideal for freshers eager to learn digital marketing, SEO outreach, and partnership development. We provide training and guidance to help you develop the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Research and identify relevant businesses, websites, publishers, and potential partners.
• Outreach & Communication: Reach out to website owners, editors, bloggers, and potential partners via email and other professional channels.
• Link-Building Partnerships: Build relationships with relevant websites to secure backlink opportunities and mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Editorial Partnerships: Connect with editors, publishers, and content teams to explore guest posting, content collaboration, and other editorial opportunities.
• Prospect Research: Identify suitable websites and decision-makers based on relevance, quality, and campaign requirements.
• Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Follow up on outreach campaigns, maintain communication, and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain outreach records, track responses, and monitor campaign progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about SEO, digital marketing, link building, and outreach.
• Comfortable with online research, email communication, and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
• Candidates based in Tamil Nadu who can travel to Coimbatore when needed are encouraged to apply for this hybrid role.
