About the Role

To ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport facilities by enforcing aviation security regulations, monitoring restricted areas, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security standards as per Company requirements.
• Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
• Achieve department goals and follow up.
• Perform duties as per the Security Programme.
• Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift.
• Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance.
• Secure quality levels.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property.
• Ensure implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA, Govt of India.
• Ensure effective assessment and proper scrutiny of AEP application and supporting documents before submission to regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP.
• Maintain files and log sheets.
• Give inputs for training requirements.
• Updating of manuals and local procedures.
• Ensure competent and qualified workforce are deputed for duty.
• Verify Invoices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

• Height Requirements:
• Female: 155 cms
• Male: 165 cms
• Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC, Preferred Graduates

Experience Levels:

• Security Officer: Fresher / 0-1 years of experience in Aviation Security.
• Security Executive: 1-3 years of experience in Aviation Security.
• Security Supervisor: 5-7 years of experience in Aviation Security.
