About the Role
Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a driven, competitive sales professional to join our Dallas office as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-desk (360), Account Executive-style role focused on placing top Cloud Technology talent with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
This is a client-facing, 360 sales role. You will sell Tenth Revolution Group's staffing solutions (permanent or contract/interim) to high-value clients, owning the full cycle from first contact through placement:
- Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
- Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Outbound sales experience is preferred; cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
- Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.
Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation includes a $41,000 salary plus uncapped commission.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $60,000 - $65,000 in year one, depending on performance.
