Design Engineer - Oil and Gas
About the Role
- Salary: 5-7 LPA
- Location: Pashamailaram, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using relevant CAD and plant design software.
- Review engineering specifications, design calculations, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, civil, structural, and instrumentation teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASME, API, ISO, and project-specific standards.
- Review vendor drawings and incorporate engineering comments.
- Support design reviews, clash detection, and resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and engineering documentation.
- Assist project teams during construction, fabrication, and commissioning as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in relevant engineering design software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry practices and engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
