Chat Support Executive

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Chat Support Executives for a growing online travel and holiday booking company. This is a Chat Support / Non-Voice Customer Service Profile, ideal for freshers and candidates looking to build their careers in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assist customers with domestic and international holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Share package details, travel itineraries, hotel options, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing information.
• Understand customer requirements, including destination, travel dates, budget, and number of travelers.
• Help customers explore honeymoon packages, family holidays, group tours, weekend getaways, and customized travel plans.
• Guide customers through booking inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and payment-related questions.
• Handle queries regarding booking changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
• Coordinate with the booking and travel operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer details, chat records, and follow-up information.
• Ensure timely responses, professional communication, and a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple customer chats.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, email, and internet browsing.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn about travel destinations, packages, and booking procedures.
